欧盟议会最近通过了一项修订欧盟化妆品相关法律的方案,新方案对化妆品中纳米材料的使用规则作了重新规定,旨在简化化妆品相关程序和强化相关制度,方案将于2012年正式生效。
The European Parliament has recently passed a program to amend the EU’s cosmetics-related laws. The new program regulates the rules governing the use of nanomaterials in cosmetics to simplify cosmetics-related procedures and strengthen the system, which will enter into force in 2012.
