To determine the role of spider auditory receptors in locating prey, we compared the response of Pardosa pseudoannulata to the vibrancy and silent source of Drosophila flies in laboratory. The results showed that within the short distance, the selection index of the end of the spider was higher than that of the silent source, but the selection index of the spider was no significant difference when the distance was increased to 15 cm. The residence time also showed a similar change. Within 12 cm, the protozoan panther stayed longer in the presence of the sound source, more than 1/2 of the total observation time, and the residence time of the protozoan panther in the presence of sound source was significantly higher At the no sound source end, after the distance was increased, the sensitivity of the pheasant was decreased and the duration of stay was no significant difference. In conclusion, the closer the distance to the sound source, the higher the sensitivity to the sound. The distance and the sensitivity decreased gradually. There was a clear negative correlation between the sound source spacing and the prey positioning of the Pterodactylla leopard spider, and the Pirata subpiraticus could locate the prey by hearing at a certain distance. In addition, Sensitivity of the auditory receptors have a certain impact, the female tortoises Leopard spider wings flies more sensitive to the sound, a higher choice index.
