基层卫生院是我国公共卫生服务建设的重要组成部分,其承担着公共卫生管理及基本医疗服务等重要职能。由于我国现有的基层卫生院大多都是公益性事业单位,所以卫生院的运行受财政补助的影响较大。本文从卫生院受财政补助的具体表现入手,对如何能够发挥出财政补助的最优效果进行了深刻思考并提出了几点建议。
Grassroots hospitals are an important part of the construction of public health services in our country. They bear the important functions of public health management and basic medical services. Since most of the existing grass-roots hospitals in China are non-profit public institutions, the operation of public hospitals is greatly affected by the financial subsidies. This article starts from the concrete manifestation of the financial subsidy in the hospital and gives some deep thoughts on how to exert the best effect of financial subsidy and puts forward some suggestions.
