《石油炼制与化工》和英文刊编委会换届会议暨第七届编委会扩大会召开

《石油炼制与化工》和《China Petroleum Processing and Petrochemical Technology》编委会换届暨第七届编委会扩大会于2005年3月30日在北京召开,新一届编委会委员、通讯员等46人参加了会议。新一届的编委会包括了我国炼油与石油化工行业的专家,涉及到科研、工程开发、生产管理等各个领域,是一个以中青年专家为主,新老结合的精干队伍。通讯员是遍及我国石化行业,工作在一线,熟悉炼油和石化技术、生产情况的技术人员。会议由中国石油化工股份有限公司科技开发部洪定一主任主持,中国石油化工股份有限公司曹湘洪高级副总裁在会上作了重要讲话,《石油炼制与化工》李再婷主编汇报了上一届编委会期间编辑部的工作,石油化工科学研究院龙军院长宣读了新成立的第七届编委会成员名单。洪定一主任对《石油炼制与化工》多年来所取得的成绩,连续获得中国石化集团公司科技期刊评比一等奖,以及获得国家期刊奖提名奖,给予了充分肯定,指出科技期刊在保护知识产权的前提下,应该加强科技宣传,尤其是面向海外的宣传报道,提升我国炼油与石化技术的知名度和影响力。曹湘洪高级副总裁指出,科技期刊为我国石油石化行业的发展起到了促进作用,发挥了传播知识、交流技术、培养人才的作用。要求《石油炼制与化工》期刊要提高服务意识,注重宣传、树立国际形象,发挥编委作用、严格控制期刊文章质量,树立精品意识,与国际接轨、增强国际竞争力等发展理念。 The reorganization of the editorial board of “Petroleum Processing and Petrochemicals” and “China Petroleum Processing and Petrochemical Technology” and the expansion of the 7th Editorial Board were held in Beijing on March 30, 2005. The members of the Editorial Committee and Correspondents 46 people attended the meeting. The new editorial board includes experts in China’s oil refining and petrochemical industries, involving scientific research, engineering development, production management and other fields, is a young and middle-aged expert, a combination of old and new lean team. Correspondent is throughout China’s petrochemical industry, work in the forefront, are familiar with the refining and petrochemical technology, production and technical personnel. The meeting was chaired by Hong Dingyi, director of Science and Technology Development Department of SINOPEC, and Cao Xianghong, the senior vice president of SINOPEC, made an important speech at the conference. Chief editor Li Zaiting of Petroleum Refining and Chemical Industry reported on the previous edition During the editorial work of the Commission, Long Jun, president of the Institute of Petrochemical Technology, read out a list of the members of the newly formed seventh editorial board. Mr. Hong Dingyi fully affirmed the achievements made by PetroChina in petroleum refining and chemical industry over the years and obtained the first prize in the scoring of science and technology journals of China Petrochemical Corporation and the nomination award of national periodical award. He pointed out that in the protection of scientific journals, Under the premise of intellectual property rights, we should step up publicity on science and technology, especially for overseas publicity, and enhance the visibility and influence of China’s oil refining and petrochemical technologies. Cao Xianghong, senior vice president, pointed out that sci-tech periodicals have played a catalytic role in the development of China’s petroleum and petrochemical industry and played a role in spreading knowledge, exchanging technologies and training qualified personnel. The Journal of Petroleum Refinery and Chemical Industry is required to raise awareness of service, pay attention to publicity, establish an international image, exert the role of Editorial Board, strictly control the quality of periodical articles, establish a sense of excellence, be in line with international standards and enhance international competitiveness.
