目的利用眼底图像处理系统探索对眼底视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)图像的处理。方法对正常眼组35只眼,高眼压组28只眼,开角型青光眼组67只眼的RNFL进行图像处理。结果所采用的图像处理方法能有效地增强各种类型的RNFL缺损图像和因屈光间质混浊而模糊不清的眼底图像。结论眼底图像处理系统可用于青光眼的早期诊断及定量分析由视神经疾病引起的RNFL缺损
Objective To explore the treatment of retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) images by fundus image processing system. Methods The RNFL of 35 eyes of normal eye group, 28 eyes of ocular hypertension group and 67 eyes of open-angle glaucoma group were processed. Results The image processing method used can effectively enhance various types of RNFL defect images and obscure fundus images due to the opacity of the refractive media. Conclusion The fundus image processing system can be used for early diagnosis of glaucoma and quantitative analysis of RNFL defects caused by optic neuropathy
