随着医院改革的深化和医学科学技术的进步,医疗质量在迅速提高。医疗质量是医院的生命、医院工作的核心和灵魂。近年来,我院的经验和体会如下。一、加强三级训练,提高医疗水平根据我院医疗水平的实际情况,利用多种形式和方法,全员参加岗位培训,按照“吉林省临床医疗、医技人员三基训练题集”进行。 (一)医务科制定本年度业务活动计划,由有一定临床经验的主治医师以上职称人员讲课,每日一次,医技科室每年讲课二次,为了更进一步提高医务人员的业务能力,购置大量业务学习录像带,每周组织集体观看,激发了大家学习的积极性。
