山东省栖霞县郭家店金矿是试投产不久的一个县属矿山企业,占地7.07万平方米,现有职工350人。他们从1989年组建时起,就认真坚持生产建设与水土保持同步进行的原则,在矿区水土资源的保护上开展了一些有效的工作。水土保持法颁布之后,他们认真学习宣传,贯彻落实,在矿区自行治理水土流失方面又迈出了新的步伐。他们的主要做法是:
