要想转变以教师为中心的体育教学方式,就应当先将教师的教学观念予以转变。绝大多数教师自身皆接受的应试教育,因而,很多老师以教师为中心的教学观念根深蒂固。我们现在提倡新式教学方式,其实并非对传统教学方式的全面否定。因此,就必须要处理好继承与创新之间的关系。正所谓,观念会决定人的行为方式,任何形式的教育方式都不可能脱离教育观念。我国新一轮的课程改革绝非是更新一套教材,而是涉及教育理念、课堂教学方式的深层次转变。
To change the teacher-centered physical education, we should first change the teacher’s teaching concept. The majority of teachers themselves are subject to exam-oriented education, therefore, many teachers are teacher-centered teaching concepts deeply rooted. We now advocate the new teaching methods, in fact, not a comprehensive negation of the traditional teaching methods. Therefore, we must deal with the relationship between inheritance and innovation. So-called, ideas will determine the behavior of people, any form of education can not be separated from the concept of education. China’s new round of curriculum reform is by no means to update a set of teaching materials, but rather involves the profound transformation of educational philosophy and classroom teaching methods.
