红谷和长农10号的干种子用~(60)Coγ射线1万、2万、2.5万、3万、4万和5万伦照射。实验结果表明:两个谷子品种在 M_1的存活率、苗高和胚根长度随着剂量的增加而下降。染色体畸变率和不育率随着剂量的增加而增加。在 M_2中,长农10号的性状突变与剂量成正相关,突变体的性状稳定快。红谷的性状突变率与剂量关系不显著,突变体的性状不易稳定。在后代的突变体中我们选育出三个品种,比对照增产10—65.5%,现已大面积推广种植。
The dried seeds of Honggu and Changnong 10 were irradiated with ~ (60) Co gamma rays 10,000, 20,000, 25,000, 30,000, 40,000 and 50,000 lan. The experimental results showed that the survival rate, seedling height and radicle length of two millet cultivars decreased with increasing doses. Chromosome aberration rate and infertility increased with dose. In M_2, the characters of Changnong 10 were positively correlated with the dose, and the characters of the mutant were stable and fast. There was no significant relationship between the mutation rate and dose in the red valley, and the stability of the mutant was not stable. In the offspring of mutants we breed three varieties, 10-65.5% increase compared with the control, is now a large area to promote planting.
