日本国铁于1983年6月使用日本的实用通信卫星 CS-2的卫星通信系统。国铁的系统只有输出为2.5W 的卫星中继机容量的十分之一。为了最大限度有效地利用此系统,运用了发送输出功率控制、纠错等各种技术。国铁的 CS-2卫星应用系统包括地震检测系统与抗灾对策系统。该系统引入数据通信技术。目前已建设如图1所示的6个地面站,并投入运用。地面站的天线直径5m,可设置在
