在幼儿园各项工作中,家长工作是其中的一项重要内容。教师要以多种方式和幼儿的家长保持足够的联系,对于一些幼儿教育的方法知识理论进行介绍,并且指导家长构建一个良好的教育环境,并且配合幼儿园开展各项教学工作。作为幼儿成长的重要环境,幼儿园和家庭对于幼儿来说都是非常重要的。在幼儿接收教育中,家庭因素是必须要考虑的一部分因素,只有同时重视家庭教育和幼儿园教育,才能达到培养和教育幼儿的目的。教师要关注家长工作的开展,并且在新的形势下不断探索,做好家长工作的转型和深化。
Parents work is an important part of all kindergarten assignments. Teachers should keep enough contact with parents of children in various ways to introduce some methodological knowledge of early childhood education and guide parents to establish a good education environment and cooperate with kindergartens in various teaching activities. As an important environment for early childhood development, kindergartens and families are very important for young children. In early childhood education, family factors are part of the factors that must be taken into consideration. Only by focusing on family education and kindergarten education can the purpose of nurturing and educating young children be met. Teachers should pay attention to the development of parents’ work and constantly explore under new situations so as to transform and deepen the work of parents.
