创新型人才的培养,是我国当代教育教学的根本性目的。而无数的教育工作者认为,创新能力的培养应该从幼儿教育开始,处于幼儿阶段的学生,能否在健康的学习环境下,实现自身创造力的培养,是后期自身创造能力提升的关键所在。因此,高度重视对于幼儿创造力的激发和培养,并且尝试将赏识教育运用其中,使得幼儿的创造思维能够在健康的环境下得以培养,是当前幼儿教育工作者需要积极探究的问题。
The cultivation of innovative talents is the fundamental purpose of contemporary education and teaching in our country. The innumerable educators believe that the cultivation of innovative ability should start from early childhood education, and the children in the early stage of children’s ability to cultivate their creativity in a healthy learning environment are the keys to their own creativity. Therefore, attaching great importance to the motivation and cultivation of young children’s creative ability, and trying to apply it to make children’s creative thinking develop in a healthy environment is an issue that current preschool education workers need to actively explore.
