资产评估业是市场经济中一个新兴的、重要的社会中介服务行业,资产评估必须遵循独立、客观、公正的执业原则,资产评估结果在许多经济行为中被作为必备的法律依据,因此,评估机制和评估人员对此负有重要的贡任。这就使得评估行为承担一定的风险。当前,评估机构在完成脱钩改制任务后,面临的形势仍十分严峻,评估存在许多风险隐患,如不及时采取防范措施,将影响我国评估事业的健康发展。
