力量素质是一切运动素质的基础,在少儿全面基础训练时期和早期专门化阶段,抓好全面力量训练,不仅能够改善肌肉的协调性,增进身体素质的全面发展,防止运动损伤,提高运动成绩,还能促进骨骼肌的健康发育,矫正少儿不正确的身体姿势,帮助儿童减轻过重的体重。因此,在当今始训年龄提前、优秀运动员成材期缩短、运动训练高度专项化、身体素质早期专门化的发展趋势下,少儿时期的力量训练在国外已引起人们的高度重视。本人认为少儿力量训练应遵守七项基本原则。
