本文通过饮食中补充L一精氨酸，研究了L一精氨酸对结直肠癌病人的肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（TILs）的调节作用。作者将18例肝肾功能正常的结白肠癌病例随机分为二组。实验前4周不接受化疗、放疗和免疫治疗。手术前禁食22小时。实验组每口饮食补充30gL一精氨酸，共3日。对照组标准住院
In this study, L-arginine was added to diet to study the effect of L-arginine on tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in patients with colorectal cancer. The author randomized 18 cases of normal colorectal cancers with normal liver and kidney function into two groups. No chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy was given 4 weeks before the experiment. Fasting for 22 hours before surgery. The experimental group was supplemented with 30 g L-arginine per diet for 3 days. Control group standard hospitalization
