一、前言美帝地球资源技术卫星(以下简称资源卫星)的发射计划前后共酝酿了七、八年时间,1972年7月发射了第1颗资源卫星(ERTS-A)。卫星上装置的两个主要传感器之一,就是包括红外光谱区的多谱线扫描器(MSS),另一传感器为返回射束光导摄象管(RBV)。它可从900公里卫星轨道高度上,对地球资源或其他地面目标进行观测和监控,这不仅有重要的经济意义,而且具有很明显的军事侦察价值。1972年对上述卫星的有关报道很多,现综述如下。
I. INTRODUCTION The launching plan of the US imperialism Earth Resources Technology Satellite (hereinafter referred to as Resource Satellite) has been brewing for a total of seven or eight years. In July 1972, the first resource satellite (ERTS-A) was launched. One of the two main sensors for satellite installations is the Multispectral Scanner (MSS) which includes the infrared spectral region and the other sensor is the Return Beam Photoconductive Image Tube (RBV). It can observe and monitor the Earth's resources or other ground targets from a satellite orbital altitude of 900 kilometers, which is not only of significant economic importance but also of obvious military reconnaissance value. Relevant reports on the above satellites are numerous in 1972 and are summarized as follows.
