当前,我国的教育行业快速发展,同时也在进行不断的改革,因此就提高了对中职学校的教育管理工作。而由于中职学校的教育发展环境不断的在变化,从而就给中职学校班主任的班级管理工作带来了一定的困难。中职班主任对班级管理工作的质量,在一定程度上影响着学生的个人成长,因此,就一定要加强中职班主任的管理工作,找出其管理工作当中存在的问题和困境,从而提出相应的解决措施,同时班主任一定要明确其管理目标,从而促进中职教育的发展。
At present, the rapid development of China’s education industry, but also ongoing reform, thus raising the education management of secondary vocational schools. However, due to the constant changes in the educational development environment of secondary vocational schools, it has brought some difficulties to the class management of the head teachers in secondary vocational schools.
