高等职业教育作为我国高等教育事业的重要补充,其招生规模也呈逐年扩大趋势。但是,由于录取分数线、思想认识等诸多方面的原因,造成高职院校生源普遍素质较差。基于这种现状,高职生整体素质的提升已成为高职院校必须重视与解决的问题。本文通过对现阶段高职院校思想政治教育现状进行总结,探讨调高高职生整体素质,高职院校思想政治教育水平与力度的有效途径,以期为高职院校培养德、技双全的高素质人才做出贡献。
Higher vocational education as an important complement to the cause of higher education in our country, the enrollment size also showed an upward trend year by year. However, due to admission scores, ideological understanding and many other reasons, resulting in the general quality of students in higher vocational colleges is poor. Based on this situation, the improvement of the overall quality of higher vocational students has become a problem that vocational colleges must pay attention to and solve.
