中国水利学会泥沙专业委员会,为了加强泥沙基本理论研究,应广大泥沙科学工作者的要求,经长时间酝酿,决定成立“泥沙基本理论研究指导委员会”,指导和协调研究工作.
In order to strengthen the research on sediment basic theory, the sediment professional committee of China Water Conservancy Society decided at the request of the vast number of sediment scientists that after long time brewing, it decided to set up the Steering Committee of Basic Theory of Sediment to guide and coordinate the research work.
