最近几年,中国努力推动高职教育的发展。截止到二零一零年,高职教育全面的扩大了招生数量与范围,形成一群数额之大的高等职业教育的学生群体,给其学校的日常监管管理增加了许多的工作与压力。高职学校的班主任是高等职业教育的监管人与责任人,有着非常重要的作用在学校里。怎样处理好班主任的本职工作,以挥发出资金的最大能力与实力,始终是我们比较在意的方面。该文以高等职业院校的学生为主,与该等职业院校的班主任的工作形式相结合,针对班主任在该等职业学校的监管工作展开研究。以新生入学为着眼点、加强对社会危险的应对能力、提高学生学习素质等多个方面,来对班主任的管理提出意见。
In recent years, China has worked hard to promote the development of higher vocational education. By the year of 2010, higher vocational education has expanded the number and scope of enrollment in an all-round way and formed a group of student groups with a large amount of higher vocational education, adding a lot of work and pressure to the daily supervision and management of their schools. Class teacher in higher vocational schools is the supervisor and responsible person of higher vocational education, which has a very important role in school. How to handle class teacher’s own work, in order to volatilize the maximum ability and strength of funds, has always been our more concerned about. The article mainly focuses on the students in higher vocational colleges and combines with the forms of work of the class supervisors in these vocational schools to study the supervisor ’s supervision in these vocational schools. To new students as the focus, to strengthen the social risk coping ability, improve student learning quality and many other aspects, to the class teacher’s advice.
