本文叙述了一种射流随动装置。它应用射流传感器接收几何偏差量讯号之后,又经过由射流元件和附件所组成的摸数转换器,而获得气脉冲讯号,再经过气—电转换器和电磁阀转换成高压由脉冲来推动执行机构,完成了钢板卷取机的防跑偏控制。 本文也总结了该项科研和生产实践。说明该装置的控制系统比较简单、反应速度快、制造成本较低和工作稳定等特点。它不但可以应用于冷轧钢带的防跑偏的控制上,而且也可以应用于热轧钢带及有色金属带材生产防跑偏的控制之中。
