随着市场经济的不断深入发展,我国的电力企业无论是在发展理念还是管理体制上都有一个新的认识和改进。电力企业作为我国的一个特殊行业,其发展前景和趋势不容忽视,企业内部员工在工作中体现出来的工作态度和热情也是促进企业能够在市场环境中持续发展的关键因素。如何调动员工的工作积极性,首先就要从内部员工管理机制入手,绩效考核制度的应用和完善十分必要,本文针对目前绩效考核制度在电力企业中的应用,分析其改进与完善的措施,积极提高员工的工作热情。
