文化从其本性上讲,体现了人类自身所具有的独特的存在属性。文化是人类创造成果的凝聚。古往今来,人类通过自身的文化创造活动,在不断地彰显文化创造活力的同时,也促进了自身与社会的整体发展。当今的时代,文化创造力越来越成为衡量一个国家或民族自身综合实力的重要表征,因此,不断地促进自身的文化的创新,提升其文化创造力就成为一项十分紧迫的历史重任。尤其对于当今的中国社会,在文化体制变革的进程中,积极促进自身文化创新机制的建构就显得尤为重要。
Culture, by its very nature, embodies the unique existential properties of mankind itself. Culture is the cohesion of human creation. Throughout the ages, humankind has created activities through its own culture. While constantly demonstrating the vitality of culture creation, humankind has also promoted the overall development of itself and society. In today’s era, cultural creativity is increasingly becoming an important measure of the overall strength of a country or nation. Therefore, it is an urgent historical task to continuously promote its own cultural innovation and enhance its cultural creativity. Especially for today’s Chinese society, in the process of cultural system reform, it is especially important to actively promote the construction of its own cultural innovation mechanism.
