目的:观察飞行因素对人体血浆甘丙素(galanin,GAL)的影响及其与内皮素(endothelin,ET)和血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)的关系.方法;对16名飞行员进行研究,观察特技飞行前后血浆GAL、ET和VIP的变化.结果:(1)飞行后20min,血浆GAL较飞行前明显升高(P<0.01),至飞行后6h仍未恢复至飞行前水平(P<0.05).(2)飞行后20min,血浆ET和VIP也明显升高(P<0.01),但至飞行后6h均已恢复至飞行前水平(P>0.05).(3)对照组3个对应时间点的GAL、ET和VIP含量无明显变化,和飞行员飞行前的血浆浓度近似(P>0.05).(4)特技飞行后20min,血浆GAL、ET及VIP含量均明显升高,经直线相关分析发现,血浆GAL升高与ET呈明显正相关(r=0.7753,P<0.001),而与VIP无明显相关(P>0.05).结论:(1)特技飞行可引起血浆GAL、ET、VIP含量明显升高,至飞行后6h,血浆GAL仍不能恢复至正常水平.(2)特技飞行后,GAL的升高与ET升高呈明显正相关,提示ET对GAL的升高有一定的影响.
Objective: To observe the effect of flight factors on human plasma galanin (GAL) and its relationship with endothelin (ET) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) .Methods 16 pilots were studied, The changes of plasma GAL, ET and VIP before and after aerobatics were observed.Results: (1) Plasma GAL increased significantly (P <0.01) 20 h after the flight and still not restored to pre-flight level 6 h after the flight (P < 0.05). (2) Plasma ET and VIP were also significantly increased at 20 min after flight (P <0.01), but returned to pre-flight levels 6 h after flight (P> 0.05). (3) At the time point, there was no significant change in the contents of GAL, ET and VIP, and the plasma concentrations of pilots before flight were similar (P> 0.05). (4) 20min after aerobatics, plasma GAL, ET and VIP levels were significantly increased, Analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between plasma GAL and ET (r = 0.7753, P <0.001), but not with VIP (P> 0.05) .Conclusion: (1) Aerobatics can cause plasma GAL, ET, VIP The level of plasma GAL still could not recover to normal level 6h after flight. (2) After aerobatics, the elevation of GAL was positively correlated with the increase of ET, Elevated to a certain extent.
