6月27日,晴空万里,艳阳高照;6月28日,电闪雷鸣,风雨交加。这样的气候变化似乎与在中国浦东干部学院召开的2007上海教育论坛气氛颇为吻合——“全球化背景下的城市基础教育”让来自世界各国的教育工作者深感阳光与风雨同在、未来希望与现实困惑相生相伴的甜蜜与苦涩。
On June 27, there were thousands of miles of sunny skies and the sun was shining brightly. On June 28 thunderstorms broke out. This kind of climate change seems to coincide with the atmosphere of the 2007 Shanghai Education Forum held at the Cadre Academy in Pudong, China. The basic education of the city in the context of globalization has made educators from all over the world feel that the sun is shining with the weather.
