1 资料与方法1.1 对象本院实验动物中心单笼驯养2年以上健康恒河猴(猕猴属,产于福建武夷山)26只,其中雌性20只,雄性6只,2～19岁(4岁以下5只为幼年组,4岁以上21只为成年组)。体重2.75～9kg。同一环境中生活,无偏食,毛发、血红蛋白、白细胞均正常。营养状况良好。每日每只喂以混合营养块料100～200g,同时喂以富含维生素C的甘薯、小白菜、黄瓜等,满足饮用水(自来水)。1.2 标本采集
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Subjects Laboratory Animal Center of a single cage domesticated more than 2 years of healthy rhesus (Macaca sp., Wuyi Mountain in Fujian) 26, of which 20 females, 6 males, 2 to 19 years of age (under 4 years of age 5 for the young group, 21 over the age of 4 for the adult group). Weight 2.75 ~ 9kg. Living in the same environment, no partial eclipse, hair, hemoglobin, white blood cells are normal. Good nutrition. Every day fed with mixed nutrition block 100 ~ 200g, while feeding to the rich in vitamin C, sweet potatoes, cabbage, cucumber, etc., to meet the drinking water (tap water). 1.2 specimen collection
