本文运用琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)显示法,对5例新生儿环甲肌(CT)、环杓后肌(PCA)、甲杓肌(TA)的肌纤维类型和构成比进行研究。发现新生儿各喉内肌均由三型纤维组合而成,即红肌纤维、白肌纤维、中间型肌纤维。得出三型纤维构成比,环甲肌分别为32.1%、23.5%、44.4%;环杓后肌分别为40.4%、9.1%、50.5%;甲杓肌分别为50.3%、15.4%、34.4%。不同的肌纤维构成,提示各喉内肌功能特点的不同。
In this paper, we used the succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) method to study the muscle fiber type and composition ratio of 5 cases of neonatal cricothyroidism (CT), posterior circumferymeal muscle (PCA) and thyrotropin (TA). Newborn were found in the throat of the three types of fibers are combined, that is, red muscle fibers, white muscle fibers, intermediate muscle fiber. The results showed that the ratio of the three types of fibers was 32.1%, 23.5% and 44.4%, respectively. The posterior circumferior was 40.4%, 9.1% and 50.5% respectively. The rates of 50%, 15.4% and 34.4% . Different muscle fiber composition, suggesting that the different characteristics of the intrathoracic muscle function.
