Since the beginning of this year, the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province has run sluggishly and the economic benefits have been declining. In particular, Harbin, Qiqihar, Jiamusi and Daqing, where key equipment manufacturing enterprises gather, have shown a significant decline, which has a certain impact on revenue. To understand the situation and study countermeasures, we conducted a survey on 17 representative equipment manufacturing enterprises in 4 cities.
