从采煤机安全性的评价特征提取方法以及耦合关系分析入手,开展采煤机安全性评价方法研究;对运行、维护等信息进行关联性分析,确定用于采煤机安全性分析的特征。针对离散型数据属性内及属性间的分布统计规律,运用布尔代数点积运算,求解项目间相关度,并建立了采煤机安全性评价的耦合关系模型。通过神东煤炭设备管理中心和生产单位近12年的大型采煤机租赁、维护、维修信息进行验证,证明了模型的有效性。
Starting with the method of analyzing the characteristics of the safety evaluation of coal winning machine and the analysis of the coupling relation, the research on the method of safety evaluation of shearer is carried out. The correlation analysis of operation and maintenance information is carried out to determine the characteristics of the safety analysis for shearer. According to the statistical rule of distribution in and between attributes of discrete data, the Boolean algebra dot product operation is used to solve the correlation between projects and the coupling relation model of safety evaluation of shearer is established. Through the Shendong coal equipment management center and production unit nearly 12 years of large shearer rental, maintenance and repair information to verify that the model is valid.
