研究了通过添加过氧化氢来提高氧化还原电位对乙基钾黄药 (KEX ,C2 H5OCS2 K)氧化程度的影响。试验是用具有固定离子强度 ( 0 0 1mol/LNaNO3)的 pH值为 7的溶液进行的 ,表面活性剂的初始浓度为 10 0mg/L( 6 176·10 - 4mol/LKEX)。Eh电位值 (相对氢电极电位 )在 2 60~ 45 0mV之间变化。用紫外光谱在 2 80nm波长范围测定表面活性剂的浓度。研究发现 ,用较短的波长时 ,NaNO3和H2 O2 的吸光值会干扰测量结果。测定结果表明 ,黄药氧化的主要产物为过黄原酸盐 ;不管溶液的Eh值多大 ,均未检测出双黄药的存在。
The effect of increasing the oxidation-reduction potential on the oxidation of potassium ethylxanthate (KEX, C2 H5OCS2 K) was investigated by adding hydrogen peroxide. The test was carried out using a solution of pH 7 with a fixed ionic strength (0 0 1 mol / L NaNO 3) with an initial surfactant concentration of 10 0 mg / L (6 176 · 10 -4 mol / L KEX). The value of Eh (relative to the hydrogen electrode potential) varies between 2 60 and 45 0 mV. The concentration of surfactant was determined by UV spectroscopy in the wavelength range of 280 nm. The study found that with shorter wavelengths, the absorbance values of NaNO3 and H2O2 can interfere with the measurement. The results show that the main product of xanthate oxidation of xanthate; no matter how large the solution Eh, were not detected the existence of the double xanthate.
