为了更好地贯彻落实党的十五大精神,结合海南实际,进一步探索我省解放思想,深化改革,扩大开放,振兴经济的创业道路,党的十五届二中全会结束后,杜青林、汪啸风、蔡长松、王学萍四位领导同志利用全国“两会”召开前的短暂间隔,到山东省进行了参观考察,并撰写了考察报告。这份报告对山东全面贯彻落实十五大精神,深化改革,扩大开放,加快经济社会发展的总体思路、战略部署和创新举措,以及山东发展海洋经济的总体经验、主要做法进行了科学提炼和总结,并立足海南实际,提出借鉴和学习措施。本刊现予发表,供广大干部群众学习参考。
