动脉栓塞顺铂聚乳酸微球的研制

用乳化溶剂挥散法制备了聚乳酸微球，考察了不同因素对微球粒径大小的影响，通过正交试验，筛选了微球粒径在４０～１２０ μｍ 之间的最佳制备工艺条件，并制备了顺铂聚乳酸微球。另外对微球的悬浮性、溶胀性和体外消化等进行了研究。

Polylactic acid microspheres were prepared by volatilization with an emulsifying solvent. The effects of different factors on the size of the microspheres were investigated. The optimum preparation conditions of the microspheres were selected from the range of 40 ~ 120 μm by orthogonal test , And prepared cisplatin polylactic acid microspheres. In addition, the suspension, swelling and in vitro digestion of the microspheres were studied.
