采用MS302生物信号记录分析系统,使量反应量效曲线实验微机化,可明显改善原始记录图像的质量;其光标测量技术提高了实测效应数据的准确性和可靠性。将实测效应(E)经线性回归处理,求得期望效应(E),再按栏绘制量效曲线图。其S型比较典型,图标KD值(解离常数)与理论计算值相符,比按实测效应作图效果明显优化。
Using the MS302 biological signal recording and analyzing system, the experiment of volume response curve can be computerized, which can obviously improve the quality of the original recorded images. The cursor measurement technology improves the accuracy and reliability of the measured data. The measured effect (E) by linear regression processing, to obtain the desired effect (E), and then draw the amount of efficiency curve plot. The S-type is typical, the icon KD value (dissociation constant) is consistent with the theoretical calculated value, and is obviously better than the plotted effect by the measured effect.
