韩子健是近年来受到关注的装置艺术家,他从雕塑延伸到装置,以其扎实的功底创作了一批中国古代文人的雕塑。他的观念来自传统美学,直接的来源甚至是中国古典的大师,他将二维平面的画面变成了三维立体的造像。这种维度的转换背后是其深厚学院功底的显现,在转换的过程中他尽量抓取出原画的风格特点,沟通了绘画和雕塑中的写意性。他的装置作品来自禅宗思想,在他创作的一些列作品中,对于传统美学的再认识和视觉化是其一贯的主旨。
Han Zijian is a device artist who has drawn attention in recent years. He extends from sculpture to installation and creates a batch of sculptures of ancient Chinese scholars with his solid foundation. His idea comes from traditional aesthetics, and his direct source is even the master of Chinese classicality. He turned the two-dimensional graphic into a three-dimensional figure. Behind the transformation of this dimension is the manifestation of its profound academic foundation. In the process of conversion, he endeavored to capture the style characteristics of the original painting and communicate the freehand brushwork in painting and sculpture. His installation work is based on the idea of Zen Buddhism. In some of his series of works, his re-understanding and visualization of traditional aesthetics are the consistent thrust.
