讨论先天性巨结肠的诊断依据和手术治疗。探讨全结肠型巨结肠的手术时机及方法。方法:回顾30例先天性巨结肠手术效果。结果:采用改良Duhamel术式治疗先天性巨结肠并发症少,远期排便功能良好。结论:改良Duhamel术式适于任何年龄和所有类型的巨结肠,疗效满意。
Discuss the diagnosis of Hirschsprung’s disease and surgical treatment. To discuss the operation timing and method of the colon-type megacolon. Methods: To review the effect of 30 cases of Hirschsprung’s disease. Results: The modified Duhamel surgical treatment of Hirschsprung’s disease less complications of long-term defecation. Conclusion: The modified Duhamel procedure is suitable for all ages and types of megacolons, with satisfactory results.
