近年来,社会管理创新对法治文明的文化创新提出了新要求。文章从法治文明的含义入手,认为法治文明的核心是保障公民权利;提出进行法治文明的文化创新之必要性在于,社会管理创新势在必行,必须设计出符合市场化、民主化进程的新社会管理体制,在法律层面就是要求实现法治,法治文明的形成与发展需要在文化层面进行改良、吸收与借鉴;并从法律宣传、主体意识、幸福指数等方面提出了文化创新的基本思路。
In recent years, social management innovation has put forward new requirements on the cultural innovation of the legal civilization. The article starts with the meaning of civilized civilization and holds that the core of legal civilization is the protection of civil rights. It is necessary to put forward the cultural innovation of carrying out civilized law. It is imperative to innovate social management and must design a new process which is in line with the marketization and democratization The social management system requires that law be ruled by law. The formation and development of the rule of law civilization needs to be improved, absorbed and borrowed at the cultural level. And the basic idea of cultural innovation is put forward from the aspects of legal propaganda, subject awareness and happiness index.
