我院运用中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻60例,与对照组比较,效果较好。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组共110例,其中男65例,女45例,年龄10～80岁,平均40岁。病史中有腹部手术史者92例(其中2次以上手术史者20例)。反复发作2次以上肠梗阻者40例。发病时间6～24小时。所有患者均有腹痛及停止自肛门排气
In our hospital, 60 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Compared with the control group, the effect was better. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 110 cases, including 65 males and 45 females, aged 10 to 80 years, mean 40 years. 92 cases of history of abdominal surgery (including 2 or more surgical history in 20 cases). Recurrent episodes of intestinal obstruction more than 2 times in 40 cases. Incidence of 6 to 24 hours. All patients had abdominal pain and stopped their discharge from the anus
