目的:探讨妇康乐胶囊对子宫肌瘤的防治作用及可能作用机制。方法:给大鼠注射苯甲酸雌二醇和黄体酮造模,分别给予米非司酮(MFST)、桂枝茯苓胶囊(GZFL)作对照,给予妇康乐胶囊(FKL)低、中、高剂量作治疗,分别检测相关指标:子宫卵巢系数、凝血功能、子宫ERα和PR表达。结果:FKL胶囊可抑制大鼠子宫平滑肌增生,拮抗雌、孕激素,抗血小板聚集、延长凝血酶原和凝血酶时间,能显著改善凝血。结论:FKL胶囊对子宫肌瘤具有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To investigate the prevention and cure of Fukang Lok capsule on uterine fibroids and its possible mechanism. Methods: Rats were injected with estradiol benzoate and progesterone. Mifepristone (MFST) and Guizhifuling Capsules (GZFL) were given as controls respectively. FKL low, medium and high dose Treatment, respectively, detection of relevant indicators: uterine ovarian index, coagulation, uterine ERα and PR expression. Results: FKL capsule can inhibit rat uterine smooth muscle proliferation, antagonize the estrogen and progesterone, anti-platelet aggregation, extend prothrombin and thrombin time, can significantly improve blood coagulation. Conclusion: FKL capsule has some preventive and therapeutic effects on uterine fibroids.
