将去除大部分3’端非编码区的LDL受体cDNA片断插入pSVL质粒,获得重组质粒pLDL RN,并在LDL受体阴性的中国仓鼠卵巢细胞CHO 7a-1细胞中获得表达。表明3’端非编码区对LDL受体基因表达并非必不可少。
The LDL receptor cDNA fragment with most of the 3 ’untranslated region was inserted into the pSVL plasmid to obtain the recombinant plasmid pLDL RN and expressed in LD 7a receptor-negative Chinese hamster ovary cells CHO 7a-1 cells. Indicating that 3 ’non-coding region of LDL receptor gene expression is not essential.
