我们在以往工作中发现再生神经中肌动蛋白的含量增加、轴浆转运加快.为进一步探讨神经元细胞骨架蛋白在神经再生中的作用,观察了损伤坐骨神经后脊髓腹角运动神经元中肌动蛋白基因表达的变化. 在股方肌下缘10mm处钳夹损伤右侧坐骨神经,6小时至21天后取L4-6脊髓作β、γ肌动蛋白mRNA的原位杂交分析,以左侧为对照。结果表明,β肌动蛋白mRNA的含量在损伤后6小时至10天明显增加.而γ肌动蛋白mRNA的含量在损伤后3天至7天明显增加,二者增加的最高幅度分别为148%和145%.
