我队广大革命职工,十几年来为了保证岩矿心采取率,提高钻探效率,进行了大量科学实验工作。在收集、综合外地资料基础上,经过608次地表和井内实验,于一九六四年十月取得了喷射式井底反循环钻进技术的成功。无产阶级文化大革命以来,在钻进方法和钻具结构上又有新的发展,由原来的少钻、勤提、短岩心管,发展为长岩心管、回次进尺多钻、不进尺为限。例如三分队在某区施工中,共30多个钻孔,平均使用喷射式井底反循环钻进在80%以上,单机月台效率达360米,最高班进尺达14.46米。
Over the past decade or so, I have conducted a large number of scientific experiments in order to ensure the rock mining rate and improve drilling efficiency. Based on the collected and synthesized field data, we succeeded in injecting bottom hole reverse circulation drilling technology in October 1964 through 608 surface and in-well experiments. Since the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution, there have been new developments in the methods of drilling and the structure of drilling tools. From the original less-drilled, hard-working and short-core pipe, the long-core pipe has been developed. . For example, the third unit in a certain area construction, a total of more than 30 holes, the average use of jet bottom hole reverse circulation drilling in more than 80%, stand-alone platform efficiency of 360 meters, the highest entry into the reach of 14.46 meters.
