物质能和信息能 大千世界综其根本,就是两类,其一是物质世界,其二是精神世界。物质世界的核心是物质能,精神世界的核心是信息能。任何一个组织都是物质和精神的结合体,组织的物质能和信息能越大,则组织的有序性和发育程度就越高,功能就越强,竞争优势就越大。对企业组织而言,其物质能和信息能,可以简要地以货币资本总量和知识资本总量来表示。
