通过控制杂质元素S、P含量及热处理工艺的变化,研究了其对4Cr5Mo Si1V(H13)钢冲击韧度的影响。实验结果表明:降低合金中的杂质元素S、P的含量,随温度升高,材料的低温冲击性能、常温冲击性能均大幅度提升。其中杂质元素S、P元素含量低的优质级H13模具钢性能明显高于普通级H13模具钢。
The impact toughness of 4Cr5Mo Si1V (H13) steel was studied by controlling the content of S and P and the heat treatment process. The experimental results show that reducing the content of S and P in the alloy increases with the increase of temperature, the impact properties at low temperature and the impact properties at room temperature are greatly improved. In which the impurity elements S, P elements of low quality H13 die steel performance was significantly higher than the ordinary H13 die steel.
