我厂共有16台击振细筛正常生产.使用的细筛为机械传动冲击振动,筛面由硬质塑料加工制成,其条宽2毫米、厚5毫米,筛片工作间距有0.15及0.20毫米两种.击振方向与矿流方向平行,击振次数为16~21次/分,锤击力为3~5公斤,频率是不可调的.原设计打击部分锤头多,结构复杂,打击效果差,维检频繁;筛框倾角固定不能自由调整,
