均匀连续地给矿是保证球磨机正常工作的重要前提之一。由于粉矿仓形式上的缺陷和有时粉矿含水较大等原因,在粉矿仓卸料口处常发生悬料或间断给矿事故。为了使操作人员及时发现断矿现象,并予以排除,我们在原有的滚轮式皮带称上安了晶体管接近开关。其原理是利用皮带称上无矿时,带动安上的铁片,使接近开关发出信号,自动报警(附图)。晶体管接近开关的线路图已经定型,我们在制造过程中进行了改进,一般感应头用的是铁淦氧磁盒,我们改用收音机用的磁性天线棒,使用简单,效果较好。
