本文通过对38例孕毒症和24例正常孕妇细胞及体液免疫状态的检查来探讨本病和免疫的关系。1.35例孕毒症的玫瑰花环形成率和外周血淋巴细胞总数均较正常孕妇低。2.在体液免疫方面,孕毒症患者的免疫球蛋白(IgG,IgA,IgM)含量亦较正常孕妇低.α_2-巨球蛋白量有增加趋势。3.孕毒症患者总补体活性测定数值,较正常孕妇有明显下降,补体(C_3)测定数值,与正常孕妇相比无明显差异,结果表明孕毒症患者的细胞和体液功能均有明显下降。
In this paper, 38 cases of pregnancy and 24 cases of normal pregnancy pregnant women infected with humoral and cellular immunity to explore the relationship between the disease and immune. 1.35 cases of pregnancy rate of rosette formation and peripheral blood lymphocyte total lymphocytes than normal pregnant women. In humoral immunity, the content of immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) in pregnant women with toxoplasmosis is also lower than that in normal pregnant women, and the amount ofα_2-macroglobulin tends to increase. 3. The total complement activity of pregnant women with gestational disease test values ?? were significantly lower than normal pregnant women, complement (C_3) measured values, compared with normal pregnant women no significant difference, the results showed that patients with gestosis cytokines and humoral functions were significantly decreased .
