在损伤下丘脑的恒河猴和患下丘脑型闭经的妇女,长期间断性地以生理的频率注入恒定量的GrRH能引起卵泡成熟及排卵。作者介绍了一种模拟生理情况,用自动泵慢性间断注入促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)的新方法,并报告用此方法在两例下丘脑型闭经的妇女成功地诱导排卵及引起妊娠。作者选用1例继发性下丘脑型闭经患者和1例原发性下丘脑型闭经患者,2例患者给药前黄体酮试验阴性,血清催乳素水平正常,外源给予GnRH后,血清LH及FSH水平都升高。作者使用一轻便装置(2.8×6.5×7.0cm),
Rhesus hypothalamic rhesus monkeys and hypothalamic amenorrhoea women, intermittent intermittent physiological injection of a constant amount of GrRH can cause follicular maturation and ovulation. The authors describe a novel approach to chronic physiological intermittent injection of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) using an automated pump and report that women in two hypothalamic amenorrheal models successfully induce ovulation and cause pregnancy with this method. The authors selected 1 case of patients with secondary hypothalamic amenorrhea and 1 case of primary hypothalamic amenorrhea patients, 2 patients before administration of progesterone test negative, serum prolactin levels were normal, GnRH exogenous administration, the serum LH and FSH levels have increased.
