教师的自主发展是教师专业发展的核心,也是学校教师发展制度建设追求的最高目标。本文以成都实验小学教师发展学校为个案,从制度哲学层面分析其制度特点、基本功能,并提出通过建设服务性制度促进教师的自主发展。
The independent development of teachers is the core of teachers ’professional development. It is also the highest goal pursued by the development of teachers’ development system. This paper takes Chengdu Experimental Primary School Teacher Development School as an example, analyzes its institutional features and basic functions from the institutional philosophy level, and proposes to promote the autonomous development of teachers by building a service system.
