以新疆维吾尔自治区阿拉尔产的圆脆枣为试材,研究了在低温冷藏条件下,不同数目气孔保鲜袋对圆脆枣的保鲜效果。结果表明:在低温冷藏状态下,保鲜袋打孔处理保存圆脆枣,有利于圆脆枣的外观品质和营养物质的保存。保鲜袋打4、8、12孔3个处理中,以8孔处理在延缓圆脆枣果实硬度、可滴定酸和总糖含量的下降、抑制腐烂、延缓果实维生素C的降解方面效果最好,能有效提高圆脆红枣的采后贮藏品质,延缓后熟衰老,延长贮藏期。
Taking the crisp jujube produced in Alar of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as test material, the preservation effect of different numbers of stomata preservation bags on the crisp jujube was studied under the conditions of cold storage. The results showed that the preservation of the crisp jujube by punching the fresh-keeping bag under the condition of low-temperature refrigerating is beneficial to the appearance quality and nutrient preservation of the crisp jujube. Storage bags hit 4, 8, 12 holes in the three treatments, 8-hole treatment in the delayed crisp jujube fruit hardness, titratable acid and total sugar content decreased, inhibition of decay, delaying the fruit vitamin C degradation best, Can effectively improve the quality of postharvest storage of crisp red dates, postpone the aging of aging and prolong the storage period.
