学会作为学术性群众团体,在改革开放中,如何进一步发挥党和政府联系广大科技工作者的纽带作用,为发展科技事业起到更大的助手作用;在科技面向经济建设、面向基层的服务中,开展各类科技活动,既要体现“纽带”、“助手”作用,又要发挥群众性的人民团体个性,从而适应改革开放的形势,是学会工作改革的基本内容。为此,橡胶学会在改革开放十年中,进行了一些有益的尝试。一.学会的科技活动,普及与提高并重各个专业学会都是日本学科学术上较高层次的科技人员组成的群众团体,但会员的技术水平是不同的。以我们橡胶学会为例;有来自高等院校的老教授;有全国橡胶界公认的本专业老专家;有来自基层企业,具有较
